Clan Shop Update - September 29th 2023

The Clan MacThomas Society is run entirely by volunteers all of whom have other commitments which on occasion take priority.

Unfortunately, we have not had an opportunity to reconcile and reorder stock following the Gathering .

The net result being some items are showing a healthy balance when in fact they are depleted. This situation will not be rectified until mid October of this year.

Please bear with us during this time and continue to order as usual although, there may be a delay in sending your items while we replenish stocks.

During this time if you are concerned about your order, or have any thing urgent to discuss please write to our Merchandise Manager directly at: macthomas.merchandise@gmail.com

He will endeavour to respond within 48 hours.

We also have some exciting new products to add to our already extensive range of genuine MacThomas apparel, custom jewelry, gifts and trinkets all of which are MacThomas branded and will be available from mid October '23.

As the the year draws to an end we start thinking about Christmas and, as usual, we will have a "Black Friday" promotion,

Black Friday is the Friday after the US Thanksgiving day, which is the last Thursday of November each year. Our campaign will however run from mid November to December 31, 2023.

This is to ensure there is sufficient time to order genuine MacThomas items from our online shop as Christmas gifts for your family and friends whilst, at the same time, taking full advantage of our promotion.

However, this promotion is only available to fully paid up members of the Clan MacThomas Society. If you believe you are eligible to join, now is the time to submit your application!

Mary Grundberg's new book - The Divine

Clan member and former European Secretary, Mary Grundberg, grew up in Aberdeen, Scotland and studied French and Italian at the University of Edinburgh.

These two ancient cities provide the settings and inspiration for her first novel The Divine, which is now available in all formats on Amazon Books

Set in Victorian Scotland, The Divine tells the story of a young minister, Frederick Black, whose hard-won career is under threat when he has a secret affair with a woman he has rescued from domestic abuse.

If you like historical fiction with a touch of romance and intrigue and a happy ending, then this could be the one for you.
